Refund policy
Our return policy grants you a period of 14 days starting from the date of package delivery to initiate a return. This means that you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with labels, and in its original packaging and all accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is not initiated within the designated return period, or if the product is not returned in its entirety along with all its accessories and integral components, or if it has been used, the contract termination may not be considered complete. Consequently, the user will not be entitled to any reimbursement. It is important to ensure that the product is returned in its original unused condition, including all accompanying items and components, to qualify for a reimbursement.
Except the return conditions mentioned above, all sales are final.
There is a flat 20 percent of restocking and shipping cost fee for returned items regardless of the order has been shipped or not.

Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs unless the received product is damaged or malfunctioning due to reasons not caused by the customer but resulting from factory defects, errors or mishandling due to the shipment.

Damages and issues
We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receiving it. If you come across any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify the issue. Additionally, we advise you to accept the package from the shipping courier regardless of the damage and to request a report for the damaged item from shipping company for claim purposes.
In the event that your order is damaged during shipment, we will work with the insurance company to handle the claim process and prepare a new machine for shipment as soon as possible. In the meantime, please repack the damaged machine in its original shipping box along with all original accessories. We will provide a free return shipping label for you to send the machine back to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, refurbished products or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges at this time.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account.
